Allergies are caused by the substances and particles present in the air we breathe. In sinus the allergies can prove to be distressing and should be avoided at any cost. It can make a person real fatigued as mostly these problems occur in the night. It is therefore necessary to take proper precautions and care to avoid sinus allergies. Use of air-conditioners at home during the critical period helps reduces the risk of allergies and also helps in maintaining temperature.
